Dieting is a very complex process if not taken care of properly, else it's very easy to do if you are really sincere and dedicated towards losing your weight. Two most important things are proper diet during dieting process and regular exercises. That includes all required things for a balanced body with all required nutritious elements. Dieting Misconceptions People often believe that dieting means taking less food than needed for a normal human being and it really helps in losing weight. Whereas the truth is different, starving yourself for a long time is not dieting. If you are doing so, then you are unnecessarily creating one more reason and excuse of taking more food than general that means you are going to make yourself a victim of emotional eating. Well, proper diet during your dieting process should contain sufficient amount of proteins, vitamins, and minerals to provide enough fuel to your body. But avoid having oily and spicy food, even nuts and dry fruits should be avoided. Remember one thing that dieting plans and suggested diet can vary person to person. Therefore consult an expert nutritionist or dietician, they will suggest you the best diet plan suitable for you. One very important thing is that; never skip your breakfast because it is very much important for your whole body. After dinner there is a big gap between your meals and when you skip your breakfast, it's really like a punishment to your body. So, it's better to start your day with breakfast, even if its biscuits, or few slices of bread and butter or some fruits. Other important thing is your regular workout. Never skip your exercise. Even if it's only a 15 minutes quickie advised by physio or your dietician. Skipping your exercise can be harmful for you, and it can be a reason of failure of your dieting program. Some special exercises are specially for losing extra flesh from your body only. Make a habit of regular exercise; it can be anything from morning and evening walking, aerobics, weight training, walking the dog, or anything that requires some movement.
